What are pop-up blockers?

The games from Zigiz are loaded in a new window browser, which is called a “pop-up”. When a game doesn’t load this can mean you have a pop-up blocker which is active that prevents the new window from opening. A pop-up blocker prevents the pop-up from loading. Nowadays a pop-up blocker is standard issued in every web browser to protect you from unwanted pop-ups. For a number of screens in Zigiz, it’s necessary for a new screen to be opened. Below you will find the solution for various web browsers, which will enable you to see the new Zigiz windows.

How can I make sure that the screens are loaded?

Solution 1:

If you have Windows XP and you have the newest Internet Explorer installed with Service Pack 2 , you will first receive a report at the opening of a pop-up. This report looks like this:



You must click on the yellow report with the left mouse button. You will then see a new option appearing. Here, you must select the following option:



Thereafter, click on "Yes" when you receive the next report:



Solution 2
I have a Google-toolbar

If your Google-toolbar blocks pop-ups, you can see this because an exclamation mark appears in the toolbar. To be able to see the new Zigiz screen, you must click on the area circled by red:



If your Google-toolbar is set up correctly, you will see what is to appear circled in green:

I have a MSN-toolbar

If your MSN-toolbar blocks pop-ups, you must click on the MSN-toolbar on the button "Blocked". Then click on the option "Allow Pop-ups for this site":



A report will then follow where you must click on "OK". Solution 4
I have a Yahoo-toolbar

If your Yahoo-toolbar blocks pop-ups, you must click on the Yahoo-toolbar on the button circled in red underneath. Then click on the option "Always Allow Pop-ups From...":



Click on "www.zigiz.com and then click on "Allow"



A report will then follow where you will have to click on "OK".

Solution 5

If you have the latest version of Mozilla Firefox installed, the pop-up blocker is activated by default. Unchecking this option will disable pop-up blocking for Zigiz games. You can disable pop-up blocking for Zigiz by going to “Extra” and then “Options” as seen below



Then click on “Content”. Here you will find the “Block pop-up windows”, next to it you can find the button “Exceptions”, click on the button to open de following screen

Solution 6
Temporaly disabling pop-up blocker

If you want to disable the pop-up blocker once, then press the CTRL button while you click on the link.

Note: the website won't automatically be placed in the list with trusted URL's
